Class Registration

The HSI/ASHI Pediatric CPR/AED & First Aid class is for anyone who works with, or cares for, children such as: teachers, preschool and kindergarten teachers, foster families and agencies, adoption families and agencies, day care, babysitting. Includes training for All Ages – Infants, Children, and Adults.

Length of Class: 2.5 – 3 hours

Class Cost: $59

The HSI/ASHI CPR/AED class is for the general public, typically anyone NOT in the medical profession such as: businesses, oil and gas, construction, factory workers, job sites, real estate agencies, churches and other community organizations, fitness professionals, coaches, office staff. This course does not include First Aid.

PLEASE NOTE: This class is NOT for you if you are in any healthcare related field, in that case you will need BLS (CPR) for Healthcare Providers.

If you work with, or care for children, then you will want to take the Pediatric CPR/AED & First Aid class.

Length of Class: 1.5 – 2 hours

American Heart Association (AHA) BLS Provider

AHA BLS Provider (Basic Life Support) is an advanced CPR class designed for anyone in a health care related field or emergency services such as doctors and nurses, medical assistants, dentists, dental assistants, pharmacists, paramedics and EMTs, firefighters, and police officers.

Generally if you are not in a health care related field or don’t have a specific reason for having AHA BLS Provider certification then our regular CPR/AED or CPR/AED & First Aid  class is right for you.

Full In Person AHA BLS Provider Class

The complete in person AHA BLS Provider class – knowledge, skills, exam, and certification.

Length of Class: First time AHA BLS Provider: approx 3 – 4 hours. AHA BLS Provider Renewal: approx 2 – 3 hours

AHA BLS Provider Blended Learning Option

The AHA BLS Provider Blended Learning option is a 2 part class.

Part 1: The student takes the HeartCode BLS Online course directly with AHA which covers the knowledge based learning and exam.

Part 1 Cost: AHA currently charges $37 for the Heartcode BLS Online course.

Part 1 Length: Heartcode BLS Online course takes approximately 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

They will receive an online certificate of completion which they will send to support@premiumcpr.com

Part 2: After students have completed the Heartcode BLS Online Portion with AHA they come to us and complete their AHA BLS Provider Course by taking the Hands On Skills Only Portion of the class which covers the hands on skills practice and assessment.

Part 2 Length: AHA BLS Provider Blended Learning Hands On Skills Only Portion: approx 1 hour

Part 2 Cost: AHA BLS Provider Hands On Skills Only Class: $39

Upon completing both parts of the AHA BLS Provider Blended Learning class they would receive their AHA BLS Provider course completion card.

IMPORTANT: the student must have completed Part 1 the Heartcode BLS Online course and exam with AHA first BEFORE taking Part 2 AHA BLS Provider Hands On Skills Only Portion with us.

Blended Learning: AHA charges $37 for the online portion of the Heart Code BLS course and we charge $39 for the AHA BLS Provider Hands On Session (Skills Only). Total Cost: $76.

In Person: We offer the entire AHA BLS Provider class: knowledge, skills, exam and certification. Total Cost: $49.

HSI classes and certifications are nationally accredited training programs that meet or exceed national CPR and ECC guidelines. Their certifications are widely accepted by employers, schools, childcare programs, and community organizations across the U.S. including Texas. In additional they are more cost effective.
